In this collection, you will learn core strength, belly dance basics, dance-based strength and conditioning, and choreography. Each class includes a dance-based warm up to increase your flexibility, a teaching portion where you will learn 4-6 new belly dance steps, and a dynamic choreographed performance that brings together all you have learned.

Remember, learning a new form of movement is not about being perfect—allow yourself to have fun! You can always press pause and work on a step by yourself, and repeating practices is encouraged. Feel confident in being a beginner and try something new today!
