This class is all about learning to turn from your hips! You'll begin with a combination of gentle warm-up moves before moving into the main sequence. You will practice head-slides, hip-circles, and the more challenging shimmy-layered hip-circles, tremor figure-eights, and saidi turns. All these moves build on each other and will activate your core and develop mobility in your hips. This isn't about perfecting the moves but about learning how your body can move. Finish with a fun choreographed sequence, combining all you have learned today, and a freestyle belly dance to let loose at the end.
