Amanda leads you through a short and accessible class designed to strengthen and stabilize your entire upper body. This class will use just your body weight and leave your back, core, and arms feeling strong and supported.
Start with core connection breathing, wrist stretches, and bird dog to prepare you to move through a flowing sequence that includes push ups (with lots of options!), flying pulses, and dolphin pose variations. Finish with cooling stretches and a bolster-supported Savasana.
