Joan Vassos is a trailblazer. At 61, she became the first-ever Golden Bachelorette, and at 62, she found love again with her fiancée, Chock Chapple. After losing her beloved husband John to pancreatic cancer in 2021, Joan saw two paths ahead of her. Staying in her comfort zone and living a smaller life, or being bold and forging a new path. She decided to say 'yes' to The Golden Bachelor and transformed her life. Now, she says yes to everything, from appearing on the runway to Jimmy Kimmel Live! In our conversation with Joan, she opens up about being brave and conquering her fears, being the grandparent she needs to be rather than what her kids expect, and how she and Chock balance their relationship and family. She also shared that close girlfriends are her key to wellness!
