Gain confidence in the flow of this class and then add weight from there, practicing Kate’s unique variations of postures such as Side Bend, Butterfly, Supine Knee Down Twist, Seated Twist, and Bridge. Focus on your breath as you move, and allow the weight to gently massage and restore your body, supporting you in each pose. Suggested equipment: a pair of dumbbells.
