Power Up with Formation Studio is focused on learning foundational movements for form, increasing the intensity, and adding the tempo of the music. This will increase your endurance and coordination for dance and life. This class builds on the movement patterns from Episode 1 and increases the intensity through time over tension, repetition, load, coordination, and offers modifications for all levels.
