The Burpee is a full-body exercise that calls on just about every major muscle group. With every rep, you'll work your arms, chest, quads, glutes, hamstrings, and abs. This movement takes the push up and adds a jump, a hop, and a hand clap. Remember to stay tight and avoid flailing arms as you complete your reps.
