At 73, Ginny MacColl has entered the Guinness World Record Book as the oldest competitive female ninja athlete! You can see her competing with her daughter, stuntwoman Jessie Graff, on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior. A former Broadway dancer, Ginny decided retirement was the perfect time to take on new challenges. She completed her very first pull-up at 63, appeared in the movie POMS with Diane Keaton, and has inspired over 150,000 social media followers to get strong. We talk with Ginny about what made her take up lifting weights in her 60s, the key to reversing her osteopenia diagnosis, why it’s never too late to get strong, the joy of training with her daughter, the one thing she hopes you’ll do for your health, and what she loves about her age!
