Join Adrian for a fun and exciting workout designed to challenge your fitness levels and increase your confidence. You will start with a functional warm up to prepare your body, moving through the march and hold, rotational lunge and reach, squat and reach, and a footwork drill.
Your HIIT sequence today will comprise of five exercises repeated over three rounds. You will work through a reverse lunge, an athletic sun salutation variation, the lateral bound, crawling, and footwork drill. Cool it down with some restorative breath work and stretches.
This class is about finding what challenges you. Adapt the pace and modify where you need – this is your workout. Adrian will encourage you to move past your comfort zone and find the fun in breaking a sweat. Just keep moving!
