The Dynamic Hamstring Stretch provides gentle release to your hamstrings, hip flexors, and spine. Begin this classic track and field stretch by starting in the same position as your Hurdle Stretch with one leg extended and the other bent, shin rested on the floor. Reach our your opposite arm to your extended leg, leaning forward with an open chest to avoid rounding out your back. Find a comfortable yet relieving hamstring stretch here, then lean back and rotate towards your bent leg. Repeat this motion - extend, and rotate - several times. Return to a seated position and even out this movement on the other side.
