Break a sweat with Dom in The 300! You'll move through five rounds of five exercises, building up to 300 reps. This is your movement challenge! Dom will teach you to plank and reach, squat, push up, side lunge, and jump and turn. He'll provide modifications along with plenty of encouragement so you can challenge yourself safely and keep moving. This is a class you can return to and notice your progress. Dom wants you to know that as long as you are optimally challenging yourself—whether that’s only one round today, or just a few reps—you should be proud!
