PRACTICE | Strength Foundations with Adrian Gaskin
The Practice component with Adrian combines three elements of a full workout into five 22-minute classes: a Warm Up, Practice, and a Cool Down. These Practices will allow you to explore functional strength movements in a complete, full body workout to engage your muscles and your mind.
