This Practice is a high-intensity circuit-style workout that combines footwork, plyometrics, lunges, and core work. Made up of four parts, with two minutes of rest between each part, this practice will push you to your limits. You can choose movements from the different categories of training, so the workout is customized every time you practice. This practice will challenge your ideas about how challenging a workout can be, but Dom’s encouragement throughout will give you the confidence you need to see it through. The full 27-minute practice includes the following categories of training from the Learn component of the Athletic Movement program, as well as a Warm Up and Cool Down: Footwork, Push, Hop, Dynamic Core, and Static Core. No equipment used.
