Give your shoulders a relaxing break with this upper body yoga class. Lydia will guide you through moves to provide your shoulders relief from their usual weight-bearing position and mobilize your muscles and joints to improve your range of motion. This class focuses on opening the front of the chest, mobilizing your upper back, strengthening your rotator cuffs, and stretching your outer shoulders, so that you feel a release of upper body of stress.
Suggested equipment: two blocks, blanket, and a light hand weight.
