29m
Danielle from Formation Studio leads you through an energetic and fun cardio dance party. Inspired primarily by hip hop but pulling from different genres and styles, Freedom classes lay a foundation of follow along movements and use repetition to build you up at an intensity and pace that suits you. Don't worry about hitting every move, just keep moving.
Physically, you’ll improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Mentally, Freedom will help you develop new neural connections, improve hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and over time, improve memory.
