This class begins with a warm up to prepare your upper body before Livona guides you through various port de bras movements. You will learn the correct technique, how to put these moves to music, and finish with a dance jam incorporating all you learned today.
Ballet dancers practice these moves every day so don’t worry if you feel awkward, just feel the movements in your body and let yourself dance!
