Founder of Formation Studio, Saschie MacLean-Magbanua, welcomes you to Formation Studio dance classes and lets you know what to expect. These classes are designed to help you form habits, build confidence, own your presence, find your power, and feel freedom within music. It's not about doing the steps perfectly, looking a certain way, or having previous dance experience - just come as you are!
This collection has something for everyone, from simple tutorials on how to find the beat, to dance-based fitness, to choreographed classes. We hope you have fun learning these moves with a variety of high-energy and encouraging teachers, feel empowered to express yourself in new ways, and enjoy connecting with your inner creative.
