Power Up with Formation Studio is focused on learning foundational movements for form, increasing the intensity, and adding the tempo of the music. This will increase your endurance and coordination for dance and life. This class focuses on four fundamental movement patterns: Hinge, Lunge, Upper Body, and Core, and offers modifications for the level you are at today.
