Learn the basics of triggerpoint work with Adrian in this 10-minute workshop. Triggerpoint therapy helps to connect your body to your mind to improve stability and intention of daily movement, as well as hydrate soft tissue to improve your health, longevity, and recovery. In this workshop, Adrian guides you through various triggerpoint areas, starting from the feet, working up through the calves, thighs, and glutes. Experiment with your body weight and positioning in each pose to find what feels good for your body, incorporating subtle and controlled movements to find sensitive and tight areas that need attention. Take your time in each position, breathing deeply and spending about 30 seconds or more in each spot. Remember to balance it out on both sides of your body and remain relaxed throughout each session to get the most out of this triggerpoint work. Suggested equipment: a small ball, foam roller.
