Try out boxing with our boxing teacher, Rob. Rob guides you and mum, Judianne through your first-ever boxing class. He breaks down how to stand, throw a punch, and a combination (a series of punches). He will also show you some fundamental strength moves to help you build the core strength you need for boxing. The aim is to try something new, and feel free to make mistakes, this class is not about perfection. Boxing is an amazing movement discipline, it builds your confidence, releases stress, is low-impact, and is much a workout for your brain as your body. Try something new and see how you feel!
