The 'push' comes from taking yourself through your range of motion in three classic strength moves: a simple squat, glute bridge, and modified push-up. The 'hold' comes from stabilizing yourself and working on that balance: the single-leg squat balance (wobbles welcome!), single-leg glute raise (hello glutes!), and shoulder taps from a plank position (knees down is a great option).
