This Boxing Foundations practice is all about learning an explosive Cross as well as building foundational strength and agility with Core conditioning drills: Criss Cross, Starfish, Frog, Jumping Jack, Knee to Elbow, Mountain Climber, Jump Squat, and Ladder Climber.
