Join Rob & Judianne for this short class where you will learn a fun boxing combination, work on your hip mobility with tick-tocks, and lower body strength with side lunges. The goal of this class is to repeat the boxing combination several times at a pace that works for you. Don't worry about getting the combination right, especially if you're new to boxing. Simply trying something new is good for your brain and body. Showing up for yourself should always make you feel strong!
