Release, release, release! This class is for letting go of tension, to-do lists, stressful conversations, and anything else you need to shake off. Trilby will guide you through a gentle mobility warm up to allow you to feel expansive, take up space, and feel good in your body. Next, you'll move into a series of fun, easy-to-follow dance moves. Everything is low-impact -- all the moves are tender but take care of your heart and lungs. Finish with a cooling breath practice to feel restored and refreshed. This class is a celebration of feel-good joyous movement!
