In this 6-minute foundational workshop, learn how to improve your core stability with Adrian. You’ll learn about the structure and function of your core and how it affects how you move in the world, then practice the Bird Dog and Dead Bug exercises from the Strength Foundations program with Adrian to discover how your core supports your entire body and how to incorporate these fundamentals into other movements. Practicing and improving your core stability will create more movement and mobility across your body, especially in your hips and back. The stronger your core is, the better you will move through each day: picking up groceries, trying a new workout, or sitting at your desk.
