This class builds on a fundamental belly dancing skill — hip isolations. You will move through three variations to challenge your technique: the hip-bounce, maya hips, the Egyptian-figure-eight. Then, learn the graceful three-step-turn before moving on to the final performance where you will combine these moves together into an energetic and dynamic choreographed sequence. This intermediate class is one to return to. Learning to control the movement of your hips takes coordination, strength, and practice.
