Belly dancing will connect you to your hips and core in new ways! In this class, you will learn the fundamental belly dancing moves, head slides and hip circles, and the traditional belly dance moves, basic Egyptian step and Turkish figure-eight. Finally, you will move through choreographing them together into a final dance. With practice, these moves will become easier and you will be able to express a new side of yourself.
