Lydia designed this class with a simple but powerful goal in mind, to support you to feel better. By connecting these intentional movements to your breath, you will find space to bring yourself into the present moment, land in your body, and most importantly, be yourself. You will begin with simple seated twists before moving into a fluid standing flow incorporating low lunges, a gentle backbending sequence, and finishing with a restorative hip opening cool down and Savasana.
Suggested but not necessary equipment: a blanket and two yoga blocks.
