Balanced Being is a powerful, flowing sequence that creates presence and strength. This class prepares you to learn an inspiring arm balance, flying pidgeon pose. You will build up to this by finding balance in tree pose, strength in warrior pose, and open shoulders with eagle pose. Erica offers tree pose as a variation if balancing on your arms isn't for you today. Flying Pidgeon is an advanced pose, this is a great class to try and see how it feels.
