Erica designed this energizing sequence to encourage you to feel, rather than forcing your way through the poses. You'll move through a series of dynamic poses from chair, cresent, warrior, side plank, and upward plank. These challenging poses are linked by your breath and supported by your core. If you need to take a break, an extra breath, modify, or skip a pose, this is also part of your practice. The aim is to feel connected to yourself and finish feeling replenished at the end of class.
