World Kickboxing Champion Farinaz Lari developed MuayFit to make you feel strong, confident, and athletic. This class will challenge your conditioning and build your full body strength with timed repetitions. Before each round, Farinaz will take you through the movements and provide modifications for all levels.
Farinaz will demonstrate the full versions at the pace she works out at. This is to inspire you! Take this class at your pace, and skip a movement, reps, or a whole round if you need to. There are complex strength moves like The Man Maker – press pause and figure out how these movements work for you, or simply learn from watching the first time. Challenge yourself to find the fighting spirit and dedication that Farinaz embodies!
Suggested but not necessary equipment: a pair of dumbbells.
