When our shoulders are not strong and healthy, everyday movements, such as picking up our keys, washing our hair, or putting away laundry, can be a source of pain. In this class, Adrian introduces you with a series of exercises to help develop and maintain the necessary strength, range of motion, and overall joint function. These are injury prevention or prehab movements.
The class starts with a foam rolling exercise to hydrate your lats, moves into controlled rotations and reaching exercises to develop healthy range of motion, and works on stabilizing your shoulders in various positions to build strength.
Get to know your shoulders – how they move and what they can do. Build these movements into your daily routine and you will feel the difference.
