You will learn diaphragmatic breathing which activates your parasympathetic nervous system. This allows you to be in a 'rest and digest' state, the opposite of 'fight or flight'. This is a short class that you can fit into your day and still tap into that restful, healing, space. Allow Lydia's gentle and mellow cues to relax your body, think of it as your mini spa break.
Suggested but not necessary equipment: A blanket or pillow.
