Let go, breathe, and give your neck and shoulders the support they need. This class begins with a guided self-massage to help release those deep, sticky areas of tension in your upper body. From this place of restoration, Amanda guides you through a series of exercises to strengthen the muscles that stabilize your neck and shoulders. Finish with a restorative foam rolling sequence and feel an overall sense of lightness and ease.
Suggested equipment: a small ball, looped resistance band, chair, and foam roller. Amanda also uses the wall during this class.
