Trilby will guide you through a calming breathing sequence, counting the breaths for you. All you have to do is listen and breathe. This class will help create a parasympathetic state in your body which helps to lower blood pressure and aid healthy digestion. You can always come back to these breathing techniques when you want to reconnect to yourself or find softness on a stressful or challenging day.
