Amanda leads you through a short and accessible class that will strengthen and stabilize your lower body. These moves are subtle but powerful; modify where you need and challenge yourself when you can.
You'll start with a series of functional stretches targeting feet, calves, hips, and groin. Now you are ready to move through two rounds of banded walks, squat pulses, and kick-outs. Finish with a releasing stretch sequence.
Suggested equipment: a small looped resistance band.
