Hit pause on your tasks and take a quick mobility break with Dom. Mobility work helps prevent injury and is key to continue living independently as we age. Taking time to tend to your joints is a gift to your future self. Dom guides you through feel-good exercises for your hips, hamstrings, and glutes. You will move slowly and with intention in this class and finish feeling activated and refreshed.
Suggested but not necessary equipment: a pad or small towel (if kneeling lunges are uncomfortable for you.)
