14m
This class is all about showing tender care to your hands and wrists. Lydia guides you through simple mobility exercises to release tension, increase blood flow, and help prevent injuries or arthritis. You'll begin with a restorative rolling sequence to prepare you to stretch, strengthen, and bear weight on your hands and wrists. These movements allow you to enjoy healthy and happy wrists that can open jars, drive, or use your phone without pain. Mobility classes not only feel good, but support your everyday movements.
Suggested equipment: a small ball or soup can to roll underneath your hands.
