NEW | Movement for Desk Work

Seated work or activities can create tension and weakness across our bodies over time. This collection of classes will focus on rebuilding strength in your core and back, managing pain or tension from your knees to your neck, and support your posture and alignment. Pick a short class to release stress in your body between meetings or tasks, choose a longer strength-building or restorative class in the evening before bed, or choose a few favourite moves to practice while you watch a movie on the couch! Tune in to your body and take a few minutes to take care of yourself each day.
