Wind down at the end of your day with this rejuvenating 8-minute movement practice with Adrian. This practice focuses on loosening and restoring your connective tissue and large muscle groups with trigger point exercises using a foam roller. Work through each movement from the lower body moving up, experimenting with your body weight and positioning in each pose to find what feels good for your body. Use small and intentional movements to hydrate your tissue and recover your muscles, and remember to breathe deeply as you spend time in each position, ending with a restorative supine position to downregulate your body before bed. Suggested equipment: foam roller.
