The Hurdle Stretch Massage targets your hip flexors and provides relief to a heavily used area. Come to a seated position on the floor with both legs extended in front of you with your spine in a tall, neutral position. Keeping one leg straight, bend the leg and internally rotate until your shin rests on the ground at your side. Using your thumbs, locate your hip flexor in the hip crease and gently massage in this area, finding a pressure that feels good for you. Take some time here, then switch sides by returning to your seated position and bending the opposite leg.
