Amanda leads you through a therapeutic core recovery class, designed to leave you feeling stronger and centered. You will begin with 360 breathing and pelvic floor exercises to reconnect your breath to your core muscles. Next, you will come to your back and move through glute bridges, heel slides, and toe-taps. These will prepare you to move into bird dog, before finishing with a soothing child’s pose.
Amanda encourages you to move with intention, if you lose your connection to your core, you can always decrease your range of motion or hold in a position that allows you to feel your strength. Core recovery takes time, this class is made to be repeated. With time and practice, you will feel your inner core strength.
This class is postpartum and recovery friendly.
