This one’s all about the Uppercut! Activate your full body and strengthen your core with high-intensity intervals matched to support your boxing practice. This core work will challenge large muscle groups and energize your full body, providing the fuel for strong and intentional Uppercut combinations. Take time in learning each move, building speed and strength as you go. In Up and Under, champion boxer Rob Couzens will lead you through Uppercut combinations between intervals of six movements to build strength and practice your boxing strikes: Frog, Starfish, Knee to Elbow, Mountain Climber, Ladder Climber, the Jump Squat. Suggested equipment: skipping rope, tennis ball.
