Adrian guides you and Johanna through a functional mobility class to find freedom and ease in your upper body. You'll gently roll out your upper back before moving into a mobility exercise to lubricate the shoulders and find a deep release with an upper body stretch. Adrian also shows you a therapeutic inner groin stretch which will redirect any tension in your neck. This might sound counterintuitive, but it works! This quick class is not about breaking a sweat—think of it as your movement therapy for today.
Suggested but not necessary equipment: foam roller and resistance band.
