Professional ballet & contemporary dancer Livona introduces you to the basic arm movements in classical ballet, known as port de bras. You will learn the correct technique, how to put these moves to music, and finish with a dance jam incorporating all you learned today.
Ballet dancers practice these moves every day so don’t worry if you feel awkward, just feel the movements in your body and let yourself dance!
