This one’s all about building on foundational athletic movements! Activate muscle groups across your full body with high intensity intervals, resting intentionally in between each round. These footwork, core, and compound exercises will challenge and engage large muscle groups and energize your full body. This 4th Quarter workout will lead you through four intervals of four movements to build strength and endurance: Single Legged Forward Hop, Plank Punches, Hamstring Walkouts, and the Forward Lunge. Finish strong! No equipment used.
