Loaded Movement includes the following Agility, Lower Body, Upper Body, and Core work exercises from the Learn component of this program: the Lateral Bound, Squat, Banded Deadbug, and Bent Over Row. Suggested equipment: a pair of dumbbells, looped resistance band.
