Awaken, lengthen, and strengthen your hamstrings with this soothing class. Amanda begins this practice with supported forward fold variations using a chair before taking you to the floor for supine variations of simple hamstring stretches. Finish with some gentle stretches to release and flush out your lower body. Healthy hamstrings help support your daily moves—every time you walk, take the stairs, or squat, your hamstrings are activated. This restorative class will leave you feeling open, refreshed, and improve your overall movement.
Suggested equipment: a chair, a resistance band or yoga strap.
