This class is all about finding your strength as you revolve from your core. Erica guides you through a dynamic yoga class to activate your deep inner core to prepare you for a series of twists. You'll move through revolved variations of chair, triangle, lunge, and standing hand to foot poses. This class will challenge your balance and require focus and patience, wobbles are always welcome! It's not about perfecting any pose, allow your practice to evolve as you take each twist a little deeper. Twists help to maintain your spinal mobility and aid healthy digestion.
