This full body move consists of a squat, a plank, a push up, hop to squat, and when you’re down for it, a rocket jump! Start at the top of your mat, keeping your torso upright. Bend your knees down into a squat. Next, plant your hands on the ground as you step or hop back to plank. From this firm plank, complete a full push up. At the top, step or hop your feet towards your hands, and before standing, look ahead. Stand tall and reset; when you’re ready for high impact, finish with a strong jump. The Burpee is guaranteed to elevate your heart rate and to challenge your entire body. Get into a flow and keep moving! To modify: Ground your knees in push up or plank position.
